This is a nice little event put on in CArlsbad. Free parking at the nearby businesses. I am glad this event has options. You do not have to pay to attend. You can attend for free just to walk...

Rather funny how accustomed we have become to free street fairs. This was a street fair, focused on Art with some music. The 2 twists that made me feel ok about the $12 entry fee were free art...
