Waited in drive through for 12 mins for one car in front of me only to get the stalest and barely warm fries and a horribly put together famous star. I used to like carls but last few locations...

I was appalled by the fact that they wanted to charge us extra for ranch??? My bill came to over $30 and yet they wouldn't give me any ranch. The employee came off a little rude.

The burger I ordered was cold. The cheese was at all melted. Patties were cold. This was only the latest location to be this bad. The quality of the food I receive at Carls has been overall...

I ate here for lunch and was a little disappointed with my food it tasted alright and was not was I expected to recieve. In addition there was a really suspicious lady who was wearing clothing...
