Horrible AI machine doesn't work !!!! Have workers go back to the machine and start taking orders again !!! Had to wait like 20+ mins to even take our order ..... isn't this a fast food...

French fries have a ball of dust and hair. Looks like it fell on the floor. They charge extra for sauce. None included with meal. Ranch tastes old.

The food was great! I got the Diablo burger combo with fries and a drink, I went though the drive through and got served pretty quickly didn't have to wait long! thank you for you service Carl's Jr!

Really good service and food was hot and quality and delicious , dine super clean and we love the music , the lady on front very frendly .
