Stopped by Carl's Jr on and was thoroughly unimpressed. Burger was soggy and flavorless, fries were cold, and service was slow and unfriendly. Won't be back.

I don't know how a place runs out of ranch but 1 star for being a large franchise out of an easy accessible condiment.

Horrible. Ordered a simple chicken sandwich and I get it raw. Not even close to be fully cooked. Fries stale. Tried to call them for a refund. They don't bother picking up the phone.
