We were in line for 15 minutes and when we ordered, they only had one size of the item we ordered. We received the milkshakes (8oz) and one wasn't even filled up and the other one was pure liquid,...

The Automated System for ordering is fine but the staff is what's a problem. If you ask for anything the staff forgets the minute after you tell them. If you order from here just CHECK YOUR ORDER!

Genuinely...what is wrong with this place? They have replaced the incompetence with AI, but even that doesn't help this place. The drive thru is a trap! You will be stuck in line for 20 minutes...

I really dislike the AI stuff it's weird be original just bc it's gaining popularity doesn't mean everyone has to do it. lol foods okay I don't really eat out much so the AI thing was such a bore
