My otolaryngologist retired. Wait time was ridiculous, quality of care was awful. Dr. Tsai didn't show an ounce of care.

This is the second time I come into the office due to a referral to this location. The wait is ridiculous! They give you an appointment time and dont actually get seen until about an hour later....
