Meridian Massage, bringing in the vast healing power of our Meridian System to balance body, mind and spirit. Beautiful addition to traditional massage. My practice is based on the belief that through the five senses we can heal much of ourselves. Aromatherapy, personalized blends, organic creams and oils, and Acupressure/Meridian Massage are included in all treatments, as we, together, follow the signals your body sends. In addition, after consultation, we discuss various other modalities to integrate into your session: (at no extra charge) * relaxing Swedish massage * pain free muscle balancing/ Orthopedic Massage for encapsulated hips, shoulder injuries and spinal tension, * Hot Stone Therapy, * Deep Tissue Sport Massage * Myofascial Release Therapy *Reflexology * Aromatherapy Certified Organic and Vegan creams and oils leave your skin nourished and never greasy. Every massage includes custom blend essential oils. And there is always a little left for you to take home. There are many ways integrate natural healing and self care into your life: * specific and safe blending of essential oils personally chosen for you * over 50 to choose and blend from * multiple delivery systems: skin application, inhalation, sprays, and even necklaces and bracelets. So, aside from Body Work, I can custom blend for you: daily moisturizer, serums, oils, sprays, and perfumes (sold or roll on).
