CareMeridian, established in 1989, specializes in providing post-acute care alternative for ill and injured patients of all ages. The patients include individuals who require tracheostomy and gastrointestinal tubes, who have ventilator and oxygen dependency needs, as well as those with intravenous therapy requirements. Each CareMeridian residence provides short-term, long-term, and life care programs with 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation coverage.
