Capoeira Los Angeles

I have improved so much after my accident...Shira helped me alot with my muscle and joints injuries through stretchings. Her master Amir is THE MAN!!! who teaches Capoeira, acrobatics, and etc....

I took my first class yesterday with Sheera and Eidan. They were super welcoming and talented! I really enjoyed working with Sheera who broke down the movements and patiently practiced with me....

The people there made me feel like right at home (even though it was my first capoeira ever). There was learning the basic movement, and adding a few moves (few kicks and avoids). Evening...

I was hesitant at first but got talked into attending a class here and loved it. While I wasnt quite up to par with the athletisism of everyone else in the class... the true capoeira go'ers.....
