Canyon Pacific Management

History

CPM was established in 1991, by Tom Scripps. If you are from San Diego you will recognize the last name; Yes he is directly related to the Scripps Family which has done some amazing philanthropic work over the last few decades. While Tom has retired, he is still involved, although the company is now owned by, Christopher Stanley. We like to say Canyon Pacific is an old management company, with a young soul. I am positive if you give my diverse team a chance to serve you, although they may make occasional mistakes, they will always treat you with kindness and right any wrongs, all while caring about your community as if they lived there.

Specialties

How is Canyon Pacific set up? Like most corporations, we are separated by department. most of our communities fall into our HOA Management Division. We also have a full Accounting Division and a Commercial Division that supports and manages Apartment buildings and Office Buildings. We believe in keeping our teams separate since HOA's are complicated and require a specific set of skills and education. Within each Division, there is a team of uniquely skilled team members that support each of our special communities. Areas of specialty: 1. HOA 2. Commercial office 3. Apartment Buildings 4. Singular rentals - SFR, or Condo
