History
Cantrell, Harris & Associates was founded in 1986, and has established itself by managing real estate for professional partnerships, a variety of Bay Area condominium and Homeowners Associations, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, 1st Interstate, Bank of America, Bay View Federal Bank, Ocwen Loan Servicing, and Bank of the West. Just to name a few. Mr. Harris and Mr. Cantrell bring extensive experience to the partnership. They are both active members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Harris served as the National President, and Mr. Cantrell served as the Regional Vice President. Mr. Cantrell is currently a faculty member frequently teaching a number of courses offered by IREM. Mr. Cantrell has specialized in the turnarund of properties with deferred maintenance and mismanagement, and establishing hands-on management programs that maximized the potential of the investment.

Do not rent from Cantrell, Harris and Associates managed properties. Plain and simple. I moved out of a unit in Oakland about one month ago and the law states a deposit refund must be issued...
