Candlestick Point Eco Stewards (CPE) is a dedicated group of multi-generational and multi-cultural volunteers, environmental educators, and community organizers focused on restoring the ecology of Southeast San Francisco while strengthening community bonds. Partnered with California State Parks, CPE engages local residents in ecological restoration, public education, and habitat preservation to promote a healthier environment for all.

Founded to address the environmental challenges faced by the Bayview Hunter's Point community, CPE actively works to reconnect residents with their natural heritage, enhance public access to open spaces, and cultivate sustainable native plant habitats.
