Avalon Care Center, located in Modesto, Calif., is a 70-bed health care and Medicare facility. It provides a wide rang of services, including certified medicare, skilled nursing care, long-term care, rehabilitation services and hospice care programs to residents. The center offers a variety of programs and activities, including physical, speech and occupational therapies, outings, evening and weekend programs, special events for family and friends, family support groups, and resident involvement and interactions in the community. Avalon Care Center also provides various specialized services including 24-hour nursing services, nutritional evaluation and meal planning, emergency call system in each room, certified fire and safety systems, barber and beauty services, and cable television.
