We use Classical Ayurvedic methods to help you return back to yourself. We treat and educate simultaneously so you feel like your health is back in your hands. The programs are personally crafted for you. We assist with diet and lifestyle adjustments as well as herbal protocols as needed. We also can teach you how to shop and cook so meal planning, prepping, and home-cooked food becomes an easy part of your life. We treat a variety of physical and mental health conditions such as skin diseases, diabetes, water retention, insomnia, lack of hunger, bloating, gas, constipation, GERD, reflux, acidity, depression, weight gain and more. We are happy and excited to work together with your Allopathic Doctor and/or Psychiatrist so that your treatments are cohesive and holistic. Through Yoga we can work one on one to give you movement practices to heal injury, chronic pain, improve heart health, stress management, sleep deprivation, and support weight loss.
