History

Our history and beginings are simple but enthusiastic, we started out cooking for friends and Family, always being invited over to cook our delicious fusion style food and micheladas. As interest and recommendations grew amongst our peers and there acquaintances so did the our bookings and event request. We've even had the opportunity to participate in a large event held at the Sant Anita Race track called the michelada rumble where our uniquely flavored cucumber michelada was awarded 3rd place in over 20+ contestants. We take pride in our michelada, made with premium ingredients and no clamato, fish, shrimp or animal products or byproducts. Making our MIchelada mix not only delicious but also VEGAN.

Specialties

We are a Cajon/Mexican fusion style food, serving shrimp, corn, potato, sausage, king crab, lobster tail, mussels and more all cooked in our signature spicy butter sauce. Originators of the Cucumber Michelada, making a version of a michedala with out the overwhelming tomato taste.
