The only thing I would like to mention in this review is that WORKERS DON'T WEAR GLOVES while cooking or serving customers, which makes me a avoid eating there.

When the gentleman for Jamaica contracted ended and the Chinese establishment went in the Caltrans Cafe went from 5 Stars almost gourmet for pennies to roadside garbage for $$$. I miss the the...
