History
California Tamale Guys started in Palmdale, CA. in November of 2013. After countless attempts in finding a tasty tamale in The Antelope Valley. Adam and Ismael decided it was time they took matters into their own hands. Adam graduating from The University of Antelope Valley studying in culinary arts quickly learned the ingredients and of course added his own unique modifications that would set our tamales apart from any other. Ismael loving tamales since he was a young child knew what a good tamale should taste like and in joining Adam in this great adventure created not a only a good tamale but an awesome one as well.
Specialties
Tamales are our specialty. Our tamales are slow cooked to perfection never frozen and always fresh. We take great pride in our tamales. If you love tamales you then you have just found your new best friends.

Don't even waist your time tamales where if you from Los Angeles and looking for tamales just keep looking
