The Los Rios Community College District is a two-year public college district located in Sacramento, Calif. The district includes American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake and Sacramento City colleges and special services for business and industry. It offers programs, including accounting, advertising, biology, computer programming, digital media, fashion design and architecture. Its business services include handling of business transactions for the district, such as purchasing, employee benefits, accounts payable, payroll and risk management. Its Ethan Way Economic Development services include special services to small and large businesses as well as government agencies. Robla Elementary School is a part of the Robla School District and is located in Sacramento, Calif. The school provides educational classes to students in kindergarten through grade six.
