Went there last year and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was there in the afternoon and it took about 30min if I recall well. As of today they charge $78.20 for a smog.

They open at 8am and I arrived at 7:50am for a smog check, and was told I was second in line, that it would be done in 30 min or so, and to go have a coffee! I went two blocks away to the Bean...

Not only was my smog check done in about 20 minutes, everyone was polite...and I had time to get pretzels, bagels, coffee, and groceries on the block while waiting. Thanks to Antonio.
