California Latino Leadership
The California Latino Leadership Institute (CLLI), established in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, focuses on workforce development and civic engagement for Latino youth in California. Notably, its Southeast Youth Workforce Development and Civic Engagement Program aims to bridge career opportunity gaps for young adults aged 16-18 from Southeast Los Angeles.
CLLI also coordinates additional programs, including a Women’s Summit and the Careers in Energy Initiative, designed to inspire young women to pursue careers in STEM fields within the energy sector. With a commitment to transparency and financial accountability, CLLI earned a 2019 GuideStar Silver Seal of Transparency, reflecting its dedication to the community it serves.
