You will get farther on the phone. This place is merely a window with zero- ZERO privacy. NONE! The room is so small they regulate how many people can come in at a time. Others wait in line...

Not like usual disappointing government office. The staff is genuinely helpful, and has answered all questions i have had always. Quite systematic even though the office is small.
