CEA and CAE Services, Inc are both governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of representatives from member businesses. The boards provide policy direction in the carrying out and expansion of human resource and labor relations services to members. While many nonprofit membership organizations primarily provide information to their members, CEA goes an important step further.
