History

Started in Marin County as Canoe Trips West in December 1972. Moved to Pt Richmond and change our name to California Canoe & Kayak. Open shops in Redwood City, Pillar point Harbor and Rancho Codova. In, 2022 we will be celebrating 50 years in business. We look forward to paddling for many more years to come. In 2020 we opened our flagship location in Oakland on the water at Brooklyn Basin. We still offer rentals at our Oakland Jack London location.
