5 stars since I pulled in without an appointment got help, saw the screw and they fixed my tire and installed it quickly too. All of that which didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Bad customer service. I walked up and I didn't know who to talk to. No one was at the front desk. There were mechanics there but no one talked to me. A customer had to help me find the guy to talk...

Had a flat on 101 in Salinas at 4pm on a Sunday. It was plugable but had to find an available shop. Cderon's fixed me up. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Got me on the way in ~30min!
