I've left a review before but it's been over a decade. I've recently been back several times and it's consistently great. Cal Taco exists in its own category, and is a locals' favorite for decades.

Was stared at waiting to order but pouring salsa was higher in priority. Stood there for minutes as they poured salsa disregarding me. No "be with you in a moment". I just left.
