CAL-PEP, founded in 1984, is a pioneering health outreach program in the Bay Area dedicated to providing tailored health education, disease prevention, and support services to those at highest risk for HIV/AIDS. With a focus on empowering East Bay residents to lead healthy lives and combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic, CAL-PEP offers a range of services including substance abuse prevention, case management, peer support, and community-based research evaluation.
