WHY CAFE 160, YOU ASK? We're self-proclaimed locavores with a passion for the farmer's market. We think it’s important to know where our food comes from, who's growing it and how it's processed. We believe in real food, a productive & passionate life (hello, coffee) and good conversation. All of which starts at a micro local level. In order to be considered "local" food must be sourced within 160km. Hence the name Cafe 160. We choose to source ingredients from 30+ unique, passionate, hard-working local vendors. Some say we're crazy for going through the trouble, but you know what? We're okay with that.
