Great experience with Cadillac SSF today even before the dealer officially open during new construction. My appointment was easy to make online. Joshua, my service adviser, happily listened to and addressed all my concerns. He told me the repair will take approx 1.5 hour, so I decided to wait for it. The receptionist walked me to the waiting area and where the restrooms were located. Yes, my Escalade was done on time as promised. Happy day at dealership. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend this service center, wish I can say that more often with other dealers.
