Cable park is going downhill and needs repairs badly. Transients or doing drugs and that abandon blockbuster parking lot. Management has been told and do not care. Stores leave their trash cans...

Lots of convenient shops, parking lot is never full. Buildings need a paint job, but overall a decent shopping center. UPS, Post Office, donut shop, pizza, and some other odds and ends.
