Unlike major commercial RE companies, like Cushman, etc...BTI will never disclose even full projected transaction costs up front. The office is actually in Campbell, not San Jose. Their sales...

I had the worst business experience with this office when I bought a business threw them. They use fear tactics and threats of law suits after you open escrow to pressure you to close the deal....
