Beware! There's a reason the rent is cheaper than other buildings in the area. It's an incredibly run down building. Elevators are always breaking down. Last time it took 7 months for a repair....

Unprofessional company. They listed a studio for $1295 went to go look at it and was told the unit is going for $1795. I pulled up what was advertised on their site and got zero explanation....
