Burrito Factory

History

We started the Burrito Factory in Chatsworth, CA 40 some years ago. I was 24 and my partner was 26. We had both worked in Mexican food for years, as tens and later when we were students at UCLA. West L.A. has some of the most diverse Mexican Food businesses in California and we loved the Mexican Food Business. Straight out of college on a shoe string budget we opened our first Burrito Factory in Chatsworth. We had lines out the door.

Specialties

We make fresh food dishes built on vegan food choices. We buy our fresh produce directly from wholesale produce markets downtown and farm to table wholesalers. We do our best to give the best service possible at reasonable pricing.
