I was in drive through for 20 minutes and only two cars in front of me. It took a while to get the two cars before going. One man got out of car and started yelling at bk employee

First off, the building is usually in shabby condition and look uncleaned the majority of time I go there. The food isn't really worth the price either whenever better options are available....
