Bought my office whoppers from another local Burger King and they were still hot by the time I arrived on Muir road. Funny thing, this was lunchtime and only 4 cars in the Muir road location.

Every time I come here they always interrupt me when I order and they never get it right and then take 5 minutes to get the thing they got wrong in the drive through this is always a bad experience

Horrible customer service, no menu posted, soda fountain always broken, building inside and out are filthy, workers don't understand English, asked for ranch instead of ketchup and was charged ....
