The hours are afternoon only basically so check on that and there's seasonal stickers for children's books are spread out so they're not in a dedicated section compared to the Buena Vista branch...

This library is next to the Ralph Foy Park. There's plenty of inside parking shared with park. Street parking along Victory is also allowed although limited to 2 hours on weekdays. I love that...
