Scheduled 3 weeks ago. They call 10 hours before I am scheduled to pick it up and tell me the truck is not available. Now I am shit out of luck

Jim the owner is such a great guy. He checked in with me the day before to ensure me he had the truck. He did a complete walkthrough with me upon picking it up and even checked the tire pressure...
