Buckhorn Catering

Buckhorn Catering, founded in 1983, provides off-premise catering throughout Northern California counties. Menu offered by the cateress include barbecue chicken and beef ribs, California teriyaki chicken breast, char roasted tri trip, vegetarian and beef lasagna, breast of turkey, salmon fillets, smoked loin of pork, and Mentink-style prime rib. The company has a 10,000-square-foot facility with a fully equipped kitchen dedicated solely to its off-premise catering customers. Its service staff is trained to accommodate full-service bars, display-style cooking, and buffet and individual style service. Buckhorn Caterers also provides white linen tablecloths, centerpiece, flatware, napkins and china service. It is headquartered in Winters, Calif.
