BTC Elements was founded in 2005 by Summer Bowen, a lifelong environmentalist who worked in the fashion industry while studying environmental education and social justice at UC Berkeley.

Updating: BTC was sitting pretty with me until my latest order. They do have delivery confirmation on everything they send however this doesn't do any good if the postal service scanned the item...
