History
In 2000 I was injured at work and had to retrain for a new occupation. I choose to be a building inspector. After completing all my classes and passing all the tests I searched for employment at city and county openings (Sacramento told me I was over qualified). A close friend suggested that I look into Home Inspections. In the spring of 2004 I had my first inspection with Diane @ Rhoads Realty, and became the only inspector that they would use.

I am a thorough whole house inspector. I am on time to my appointments. I have easy to read and understand reports. My reports have color photos, are concise, and ready within 24 hours. I am the only home inspector (that I know of) that has T.I.M.E. T = Truthfulness I = Integrity M = Meticulous E = Excellence
