Dr. Barnett has practiced Dermatology in Tracy for over twenty years following his retirement from the US Navy. He attended the University of Notre Dame with a degree in history and moved on to The Medical College of Virginia graduating in the top five percent of his class. Dr. Barnett initially completed a Pediatric Residency and took care of children for 7 years of his Naval career. He then decided to pursue his strong interest in skin disease and completed a second residency in Dermatology at the UCSF. Although double boarded in both Dermatology and Pediatrics, his sole focus is helping his patients of any age manage their skin disorders.
