HistoryI've been providing massage since the completion of my 1,000 hour massage and hydrotherapy course in Ithaca, NY. Since then, I've learned several more techniques and kept up my study of Anatomy, Kinesiology, Therapeutic Movement, and Nutrition. Working with Physical Therapists, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors, Chiropractors, and many other professionals, has given me insights into the variety of therapeutic approaches for people seeking results in dealing with pain. I've instructed Yin Yoga classes for the last three years and have been an Exercise Therapist for seven. Working with professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, and NHL, I've had a chance to provide pre/post medical massage and Physical Therapy in my capacity as a Physical Therapy Aide. I've also had the privilege of volunteering for the Oregon Ballet and Project Homeless Connect.
