Brookside Healthcare Center is a licensed 90-plus bed skilled nursing facility. The grounds are beautiful. The facility is freshly painted and clean. Staff is wonderful at all levels. Medical assistants, LVNs, RNs, and OT and PT therapists listen, are caring, and helpful....
