History
Broken Clock Vinegar Works was founded by CT and Jody Williams in 2016. They started drinking shrub cocktails and quickly realized this was their new obsession. Before they knew it, they had their own winery so they could make their own vinegar which they use to make their shrubs. A complete in-house process, unlike any other commercial shrub producer. They are thrilled to welcome the public to their production facility for tasting in a safe, outdoor environment.
