History

Neil Collins first started making Bristols cider in 1994, mostly for personal comsumption due to the lack of dry cider here in the United States. After years of making cider Niel, his wife Marci, and his sister Jackie, started serving it in their tasting room at Lone Madrone (Our sister company.) The cider was able to gain enough popularity that it has now become its own entity know as Bristols Cider House as of Summer 2014!

Specialties

Here at Bristols Cider House we provide not only knowledge for cider enthusiasts, but we pride ourselves in having a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can come taste and have a great time with friends, family and our staff! The apples we use in our ciders are picked by our cider-makers and pressed on-site! We specilize in a wide variety of dry cider. Anything from Bourbon aged cider, dry-hopped cider, or even cider crushed with Bulls Blood Beets! You are sure to have a fun and unique experience everytime you come to the cider house.
