History

Remita Health (Rem-Purpose; ita-Way) was founded on the commonly held belief and vision of its Founders, with well over 50 years of combined health care and hospice expertise. We believe that the end-of-life experience should be one of total dignity and respect for the individual sanctity and quality of life for each patient. We bring a thoughtful and holistic approach in addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all concerned. We deeply understand and appreciate the importance of embracing the need for individualized care, and the significance of respecting the wishes of each patient to ensure their final days are as comfortable and pain free as possible. We also understand the need to provide this care in the comfort of the patient's home. The Remita Health team of highly skilled health care professionals is dedicated to improving patients' quality of life, increasing their personal joy, reducing unnecessary costs, and providing peace of mind to all those we serve.
