History

Our Martial Arts training program in Bakersfield focuses on Self Defense taught by 10th Degree Black Belt Grand Master Brian Antak. We offer family-friendly programs for men, women, and children of all ages. Our professional instruction is influenced by disciplines like American Kenpo, Chinese Kenpo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The story of our Anti-Bully Proof program has been featured recently on television and will instill mental, physical, and emotional skills to help your student achieve self-confidence needed in today's world.

To empower and educate people of all ages to live their best life through quality martial arts training. We offer a variety of Kenpo Karate programs for all ages. Our Little Dragons program gives your child a head start in life. We bring out or accentuate many positive desirable traits in your child through repetition and consistency in their training. The skills from this class will teach your child to succeed at school and home: with Life Skills, Hand-Eye Coordination, Balance, Focus, Self Control, and Discipline to follow directions while instilling Life-Changing Confidence. The Karate Kids program will help your student build leadership and teamwork skills, teach conflict resolution and communication strategies and empower them with a sense of accomplishment in every class while teaching Discipline and Respect. Our Anti Bullying program was recently featured on TV. We teach your child to be able to deal with the bullies around them. Not by making them overly aggressive or combative. But giving your child the tools to become self-confident and courageous while learning about self-defense strategies. Our Women's Self Defense program teaches how to avoid being a target, handle a confrontation: verbally, mentally and psychologically. While giving the self esteem boost that comes with knowing you can fight, along with the added benefit of building muscle and increasing dexterity.
