this restaurant just changed ownership and it seems to be a much better operation now. The menu is transactional at the moment, but they definitely will have a smaller menu than they used to have...

Had lunch Sunday at Brewster in Galt. Food was very good. Still some kinks to be worked out, but they were busy and that was good. Will definitely go back.

Came here for husband birthday dinner, the ambiance was lovely felt like we were definitely away from our home city. Staff were super patient and kind. A bit pricey, but portion size is huge....
