Staff doesn't seem trained in coffee. Didn't know how to make iced coffee. I had to ask for the food I paid for while they were standing around. Food was cold so I had to ask for it to get heated....

I take my kids here almost every weekend for Daddy/Daughter "coffee". They get their croissants and kids hot cocoa while I get my quad something to kickstart the weekend and replenish my Furlong...
