History

All lessons and activities provided by Brett Stephenson. Brett was a High School All American in three sports: Tennis, Swimming, and Water Polo. While attending college he again achieved All American in collegiate tennis. A nine year career on the World Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour was next. To improve as a tennis professional Brett became a Personal Trainer to maximize his fitness efforts. To make sure he ate properly traveling throughout the world he became a Nutritionist. (34 year vegetarian and 30 year vegan). Also, injury was of concern so Yoga, Pilates and Massage Therapy were next to study. Finally, to keep his mind sharp and content Meditation skills where learned. Having over 25 years of experience in these tennis and wellness skills it easy to understand why he founded Brett Stephenson Tennis and Executive Wellness Services. Coach Brett uses these diverse skills to provide a complete tennis education and experience.
