History

A daughter's vision, paired with her mother's keen business eye is the perfect balance that birthed the creation of Breath+Oneness. Carrie Arlah, and her mother, Leslie Warren are bringing community, peace, and wholeness to the Capitola community through a wide variety of yoga/movement classes and healing circles/gatherings. Carrie has been practicing spiritual life-coaching, and personal training for 15+ years and is ecstatic to be able to share her gifts with a larger audience. It is with the foundation of these two female forces that the foundation of B+O was laid and from there the incredible team of teachers and leaders began to grow and take shape. Now the B+O family is settling into their new home and welcomes you into our healing sanctuary. Namaste.

Breath+Oneness Yoga, Community & Meditation - Capitola's largest gathering place for nourishing and strengthening the mind, body and soul. Located in the shopping center next to Gayle's Bakery, in the Upper Village of Capitola. Breath+Oneness offers a variety of weekly classes such as: pre and post-natal yoga, introductory breathwork classes, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, beginners yoga, Vinyasa yoga, qigong, pilates, sound healing, dance classes, group meditation + much more! Classes are open to all bodies, ages, demographics and experience levels. Breath+Oneness also incorporates spiritual deepening experiences such as sacred ceremonial experiences for those looking for personal growth and expansion.
